At Margaux, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
